Kevin Phillips

With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Kevin Phillips, who passed away peacefully,

surrounded by his family, at Hospice Huntsville on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, after a

courageous battle with cancer. He was 57.

Kevin will be forever loved by his wife of 33 years Terri, his daughter Jessica Arnone (Andrew),

his son Nicolas, his parents Diane and late David, his sister Kimberley Stephenson (Jay), his

mother and father-in-law Marylin and Martin Hammond, his brother-in-law Todd Hammond

(Donna Brickett), his nephew William Hammond, as well as his many relatives and friends.

Kevin was born in Timmins, on July 27th, 1968, later moving to Huntsville where he attended

school, met his wife Terri, and raised his family. Kevin was a devoted family man and an avid

outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATVing and camping with his family and friends. He

could beat you at any card or board game and could fix anything and everything. Kevin was

always eager to tackle new and challenging projects, including building his family’s home.

Kevin will always be remembered for living life to the fullest.

Visitation will be held at the Mitchell Funeral Home on

Thursday, September 11th from 6 - 8 p.m..

A memorial service will be held on Friday September 12th at 10 a.m.,

with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Huntsville, the Huntsville Hospital Foundation or a

charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
